I love the Travel Kit but had an issue with one stick failing after a month and I took GREAT care to clean and NOT add juice to it directly! Cig Easy does NOT RMA or replace. One friend bought 2 Travel Kits for his daughter and two batteries would NOT hold a charge...same issue. What seemed like a great deal in the end was not.
